About
Solanum betaceum (Tamarillo) or tree tomatoe has big dark green leaves with a purple underside. It can reach 12ft in height and produce ruby red fruits (Tamarillo) in late summer. A great foliage plant for the Exotic garden, you can plant it out as bedding or grow it in a pot.
