What a treasure this is. This is a captivating tall, bushy evergreen shrub/small tree. The evergreen needle-like leaves are bedecked with lemon yellow fluffy racemes of flowers in the spring. 

Planting care

It prefers moist, well drained soil and needs a sheltered spot. It doesn't like to be pruned, but shouldn't need it anyway.
