Name Dicksonia youngiae What you get 10ltr The plant pictured About Dicksonia youngiae, or the bristly tree fern as its known is a fern that comes from New South Wales and Queensland. It grows in cool sheltered rainforests and has become rarer over the last few decades due to clearance of its natural habitat. Youngiae is similar in appearance to squarossa, producing clumps of fairly thin trunks. Planting and care Hardy to -3 or -4, but we have not risked it outside as it's just to rare. Needs to be kept moist and in shade.
