About
Tree like aloe which may grow up to 2m. It has spikes of scarlet flowers during summer, and has silvery blue leaves. May survive a couple degrees of frost if kept dry.
Care and Planting
The key thing with most Aloes is to keep them dry in winter, and most of them will also have to be kept frost free. They make very interesting pot plants and do have amazing flowers.
Uses
Best as a pot plant, but if you live in a mild area you can plant them in the ground in a sunny position - best right up against the wall of your house.
