About
Hedychium forrestii is one of the largest hedychiums, reaching upto 3m in height. It has bold glossy foliage and pure white flowers with pink centres. It is open and loose in appearence and produces a lovely perfume. Hardy to -18 and makes a great garden plant.

Planting and care
Best planted in full sun or light shade in moist, humus rich soil. It will respond well to feeding throughout the growing season. Plant deep and give a good mulch for winter protection, or to guarentee full protection you can lift part of the corm and store it frost free during winter.
