About
Aucuba omeiensis was found in Sichuan China on a deeply shaded mountainside. It forms a large multi stemmed shrub which can grow up to 4m tall. The leaves are long and pale green with a serrated margin and deep veining.
Planting and care
It is hardy to -15, but ensure to protect it from cold winds. Best in shade/semi shade and rich, well drained soil.
